All Management have a very clear opinion on what clients expect and rely on us to get it right first time. The role of the Duty Manager is a vast one not only dealing with the day to day operations of our monitoring station but giving customers complete satisfaction whilst protecting our image and reputation. For Customer peace of mind a Duty Manager is on call 24hrs a day and can be contacted via the Control Centre. The responsibility of the Mangers as follows.
